  - KernelContext.init throws now explicitly NullPointerException if one of
    the parameters is null
  - Parameters has now an global EMPTY instance
  - Trace.isTraceOn added
  - new interface ServiceCall and Service Result to represent single service
    calls and their results within a ServiceProcess. An implementation of
    ServiceExecutor should do the work and document the progress in the
    ServiceCall
  - QedeqBoSet has two methods asLongList() and asShortList to get a better
    String representation

  - now PluginCall extends new interface ServiceCall
  - ModuleLabels has now two new methods to reset nodes to UNCHECKED for
    being well formed or being proved, these methods are now called from
